Our story
Two breakfast cooks walk into a pizza oven.
It started on long shifts in a tiny café kitchen, making pizza on the side — mostly trial, plenty of error, lots of pizza parties and pop-ups.
Now it's a whole shop on NE Glisan making delicious pizza for everyone: fresh organic ingredients from local Portland businesses, dough done by hand, and a robot that handles the baking.
